When creating a sales order and adding product lines to that sales order, there is now a hot-key available on the product line that will display Last Sold Price and Inventory Information for the entered product .
To Display the Sales/Inventory information for the given product line
The product line must have a product entered before the hot-key will function.
Steps
1. Select either the row selector on the left of the product line, the Quantity field, or the Price field.
2. Press the F6 key.
3. The popup will display as shown.
The information displayed on the pop-up window is as follows:
Last Price – price for the same product on the last sales order for the same customer with a Order Date prior to the current sales order’s Order Date.
If no price was found for that customer, it will return the price from the last sales order with that product, again with an Order Date prior to the current sales order’s Order Date.
If no price was found for that product on any prior sales order, then no pop-up will be displayed.
SO – Sales Order number that the last price was retrieved from.
Order Date – Order date on the Sales Order number that the last price was retrieved from.
Qty – Quantity of the product that was ordered on the Sales Order number that the last price was retrieved from.
Available Qty – Current quantity of the product available for sale (on hand qty – SO Committed – Transfer Committed)
Onhand Qty – Current quantity of the product in inventory.
SO Committed – Quantity of the product on sales orders in Open or Loading status, not yet shipped.
Transfer Committed – Quantity of the product on transfer orders in Open or Loading status, not yet shipped.
PO Recv Pending – Quantity on Open Purchase Orders with a future date, not yet received.
SKU – The SKU of the product that the pop-up is displaying the information for.
Description – The Product Description of the product that the pop-up is displaying the information for.
